Client Request:

The client needed an X-Ray solution to inspect roasted snack foods. 

Objective:
To remove stones and other foreign contaminants from roasted lentils and chickpea snack products. 

Discovery:

Stones were highlighted as a major contaminant of concern.Ttherefore the customer needed to be able to detect the smallest stone contaminants.  

Previously the client had poor experience with X-Ray detection providing only limited success on stone contamination. 

The detection system used had have the ability to be easily removed as it was not required for all processes   

Client initially requested a solution to inspect packaged product but ultimately wanted the best performance

• Mounting Frame for the X–Ray and Reject System
