XR75 X-Ray
The XR75 Advanced Long Life Technology provides heightened sensitivity at reduced energy levels. Because of this, cost of ownership is significantly lowered and life cycles are extended.
Additionally, the XR75 incorporates new advanced long-life technology for critical system components. Long life, low-power components have been implemented, as well as an x-ray tube/generator and detector. This low-output generator reduces heat generation, eliminating the need for a cooling system and resulting in a 30 percent reduction in power consumption. Overall, the XR75 x-ray inspection system can reduce lifetime operating costs by more than 20 percent, making food inspection more affordable.

New Dual Energy Sensor breaks through the limits of conventional detection performance
The standard dual energy model could not fully utilize its superiority of the dual energy inspection when it comes to thicker products or products with highly uneven surfaces. By introducing a new dual energy sensor, we have succeeded in making X-Ray transmission images significantly sharper. It is now possible to clearly display the shadows of contaminants on these targets. In addition, the dedicated detection algorithms have improved the sensitivity to detect fine metals and small bones, which had been hard to detect.

IP69K & Sanitary Design
Built on Anritsu’s popular XR75 platform, the new IP69k Sanitary x-ray offers the XR75’s reliability, ease of use, and low cost of ownership in a rugged, compact footprint. It is ideal for facilities using intensive washdown procedures to meet strict sanitation standards.
With IP69K protection, including washdown protection features like gasketed joints, robust HMI screen guard, and a heavy duty stacklight cage, the equipment allows for easy cleaning with high-pressure jets, which blast away debris and dirt, while the high temperature sanitizes the equipment. The robust, open design promotes thorough drainage and allows accessible high-pressure cleaning.
What is IP69K?
IP69K requires equipment is completely dustproof and can withstand washdown at pressures of 80 to 100 bar (1,160 to 1,450 PSI), with rates of 14 to 16 l/min, and at temperatures up to 176°F/80°C in certain conditions.
Sanitary design features
Ideal for facilities using intensive washdown procedures to meet strict sanitation standards. This model was engineered to meet the strictest requirements of meat & poultry and other demanding industries. Its sanitary features include the following:
